EBCPA’s Temporary Home
The Center broke ground in July 2009 on an exciting project to renovate and historically preserve the Winters Building. The result will be a beautiful teaching and performing arts center with two new theaters and state-of-the-art instructional spaces, serving a new generation of dancers, musicians, and actors — young artists — each discovering their futures and themselves.

Here's the link to the 360° shot of the reconstruction scene. It takes a minute to open.
During renovation, our classes and administrative offices will be in residence at 2705 Macdonald in Richmond, near the Richmond Main Library in Civic Center Plaza and Nicholl Park (on Macdonald between 29th & 30th Streets.) Throughout the year we will hold performances at the Richmond Civic Auditorium.

PLEASE NOTE: Our mailing address will remain as 339 – 11th Street, Richmond, CA 94801-3105 for the entire time we’re out of the Winters Building. Our phone number and extensions will remain the same, too.
The East Bay Center is grateful to the City of Richmond for providing the use of City-owned facilities for the Center’s temporary use during construction.
