PARTNERSHIPS
The East Bay Center has partnered with many to schools to bring teaching artists into the regular school day. These residencies have lasted from a few visits to an entire school year. Drawing from the rich experience and diversity of the faculty and staff at the Center residencies have included the following:
- Bookmaking and poetry
- Digital Media
- Standards based visual arts, K-3
- Electronic Mural
- Mexican Music and Dance
- African Music and Dance
Each partnership is created collaboratively and tailored to suit the needs of the students. Many of the partnerships also include outside agencies, such as the California Arts Council, that provide partial funding.
