What happens to relationships when cultures clash? Leadership Public Schools presents: XROADS, a collection of vignettes about assimilation, acculturation, and culture clash. We live in a culturally diverse society, but some cultures have more power than others. In this evening of devised works, Richmond youth explore various questions. How do immigrant parents pass their culture on to their children despite media influences? How does a bi-cultural couple navigate their overlapping social groups? How can a minority culture resist internalized oppression? We hope you'll join us! TICKECTS $5 at the door $2 LPS families Free for LPS students
